Our first (and so far, only) cookbook. Written by Nick Alfiero (co-owner of Harbor Fish) together with his wife, Kathleen and his son, Rian. Includes recipes featuring native New England seafood species, as well as some from around the world; curated from the larger Harbor Fish community, the book includes recipes from employees, family, and friends of the market, including top notch chefs, both professional and amateur! These are simple, yet creative, recipes with plenty of variations to accommodate local seafood from different geographies.
